We have had such an amazing experience with Trend Property Management. We moved into one of their rental homes January 1st of this year and it’s been great so far. Ms/Mrs Michele Stokan was professional from the very beginning when we first showed interest on the house. She made everything so easy from showing us the house to answering all our questions to signing our lease. Setting up the portal was also very easy. Trend Property & Management is one of the best around and would encourage everyone to use their services for an awesome experience.

I am pleased to have worked with Michelle and Trend to help my husband and I rent a home. They have great listings and eager to show with flexibility. This property management company is bare minimum. We recieved the house dirty, with mixed matched touch up paint, broken shower head, dirty oven, and the garage was dirty. With 2 years of living there, to get them to fix anything took days and had to email multiple times to get someone out. Spent 2 days cleaning and getting the house in mint condition to handle over and then they want to nit pick little things to deduct from your deposit. The house was so much more cleaned and the yard was even upgraded. Beware of this company and an owner named Jason Zimmerman. They will rip you off when it comes to them having to do anything, but won't hesitate to take your money! I'd give less than one star if I could! Smh!

Slumlords and con artists. I leased a property on Brenda Lane in Euless last year and the company was a hassle. For a company that prides itself as a property management company, they did virtually no management of their property when it was not resided in. The lawns were dead, trees were not well pruned, and the irrigation system had to be fixed, which I had to do OUT OF MY OWN POCKET. The foundation was in bad shape which was noticeable with all the cracks in the brick and door corners. The fence was falling apart compared to the homes which other landlords there kept pristine. Additionally, if your home was a drug bust home, they will not tell you. We had to learn that from our neighbor which kept my sister and I on high alert with the property. And do you want to appeal fines given to you by HOA? Well, sadly…you won’t be able to. They will not give you the contacts to HOA, even if the fines given to predated your time at the home.They somehow get the information that we are fined from somewhere, but they are somehow still oblivious on how to contact them? Yea, right. These people are scam artists and if you are looking for a home, AVOID THEM AT ALL COST! And forget about emergency maintenance. For starters, their maintenance crew takes weeks to get to you. And second, they hide behind vague language ofwhat they deem as “emergency”. Like when the bathroom toilet egressed due to the waste water line being connected to the sinks and laundry room. A major Hepititis, e coli, and other disease spread waiting to happen and they said it wasn’t emergency enough and you needed to wait a week. But don’t you dare hire someone outside the company to help immediately clean up the LITERAL BIOHAZARD immediately like a sensible person in society, otherwise you are in “violation” of their nebulous contract
