Learn More about Property Management and Real Estate Investing

Things are always changing in the Fort Worth rental market. The real estate trends shift and best practices move from one process to another. At Trend Property & Management, we keep up with all the new laws, and we love to share what we know about marketing, leasing, screening, maintenance, and move-ins. We can talk for days about collecting rent, inspecting homes, enforcing leases, and deciding whether pets are profitable or risky.

We created an education center for landlords, owners, investors, and anyone interested in learning more about how to have a better experience as an investor. Take a look at what we’re sharing, and let us know what you think.

I have used this company to manage a rental property in Texas since 2007, when it was brand new. I am totally satisfied with the staff, the systems they have in place for finding good tenants, for dealing with repairs and maintenance and for efficient bookkeeping and transferring of funds to me. Because of their efforts, this property -though farther away than any of the others- is one of my best investments.
