Trend Property Management has professionally managed my rental home for about 13 years. I’ve heard of so many mismanagement horror stories from other property owners in the Tarrant County area. I am thankful for Trend Property Management and the years of service they have provided me. Maintenance and repair issues are always quickly addressed, the staff are easily accessible via email or phone, and statements always arrive in a timely manner. If I have one criticism, the company should hire more contractors to cover the higher demand. As I previously mentioned, maintenance and repair issues reported by tenants are quickly addressed. Repair and maintenance requests from owners tend to take a while before they are addressed.

I have used this company to manage a rental property in Texas since 2007, when it was brand new. I am totally satisfied with the staff, the systems they have in place for finding good tenants, for dealing with repairs and maintenance and for efficient bookkeeping and transferring of funds to me. Because of their efforts, this property -though farther away than any of the others- is one of my best investments. A recent example of their great service: my extremely experienced assigned property manager supervised each detail of a move-out and make ready, gave me a detailed rent survey, obtained best prices for new flooring, obtained extensive information on three sets of applicants in order for me to pick the best, handling lease documents, deposits, etc seamlessly. Thank you, Michele! Update - Because I had trouble accessing their monthly reports in a new format, (with the limited computer skills of a typical 80 year old), they now mail me customized accountings each month! That is the kind of personal service that is rare these days.
