We’ve been renting through Trend Properties for years! They are fast in getting contractors out if we have any issues (AC/Water Heater, etc.) Michele just came by and did our inspection and was so kind! She’s very easy to get ahold of and David gets “our” handyman Scott dispatched to our house quickly. I appreciate Trend Properties!
