We greatly appreciate how fast the response was when our water heater went out! I thought we were going to have to get a hotel room to take a hot shower but we we received a response almost immediately when I sent the service request and had a new water heater the next day! And Scott reached out later that evening to make sure all was well after he installed it! Great job!!
