This property management company is bare minimum. We recieved the house dirty, with mixed matched touch up paint, broken shower head, dirty oven, and the garage was dirty. With 2 years of living there, to get them to fix anything took days and had to email multiple times to get someone out. Spent 2 days cleaning and getting the house in mint condition to handle over and then they want to nit pick little things to deduct from your deposit. The house was so much more cleaned and the yard was even upgraded. Beware of this company and an owner named Jason Zimmerman. They will rip you off when it comes to them having to do anything, but won't hesitate to take your money! I'd give less than one star if I could! Smh!

My husband and I recently rented a beautiful home in Keller through Trend and had an amazing experience. We worked directly with Michele who made each step of the process super easy, and the quick responses on everything helped ease our minds during the process! Getting the keys and moving in was such a seamless process, I would highly recommend this company if you're looking to rent. I have to also mention they do in-person house tours which I loved! It seems many places are doing virtual or self tours through sketchy apps, which I didn't like. If you're looking for a home definitely check this place out. -Misty J
