Worse property management company we have dealt with 10+yrs. They did not repaint or replace old dirty carpet that was pulling away from the walls before we moved into the rental. Then when we moved out 4yrs later, charged us for the paint and carpet that was in need of replacement before we ever even moved in. They also charged us for replacing boards on their old run down fence. That is the owners responsibility. The front door frame of the house was rotting all the way down the wall of the house. They refused to fix it. So they'd rather the wood of a main support wall continue to rot?? They called out a plumber from outside of our county to come and fix some plumbing issues, then proceeded to charge us a $200 travel time fee for their plumber. They could have chosen 1 of 300 local plumbers in our area. Anytime we called, they were not only difficult to reach, but they were rude and acted like we were bothering them by having them do their job. I would not recommend anyone use them to manage their property, or ever rent from a home or apartment managed by them.
