Application Instructions and Procedures

We want you to take a look at your desired home before you apply for it. Make sure you contact our leasing team to schedule a showing and talk about pertinent details such as move-in availability, rental amounts, and rental criteria. Then, if you like what you see, we invite you to complete an application and provide the requested documents that support your responses. We look forward to working with you.

Some things to remember:

Every person 18 years of age or older who will live in the home must complete an application and pay an application fee.
Processing of applications takes between one and three days.
We will make recommendations to property owners based on the screening results, but homeowners have the ultimate decision-making authority.
Application fees are non-refundable. However, you can apply for multiple properties managed by Trend Property & Management with one fee.
Once your application is approved, you will need to sign the lease and pay the security deposit to secure your new home and have it removed from the market.

This is our 2nd time staying with this owner, it is the 2nd home we've stayed at with them! And both times have been perfect. The home was beautiful and the perfect amount of space while I healed post surgery (before returning home). They had everything you needs from towels, bedding, and kitchen utensils. They actually let us move our check in date up a day earlier! When we arrived we notice the water heater wasn't working well... again this is our 2nd time staying with the hostess so we knew after our previous stay (in another home)...they had no idea! I sent them a quick message and they had the water heater replaced that day! We hope we don't have to come back... as I was a hospital patient... but if we do, they will be the first I search for! Thanks again!
