I am pleased to have worked with Michelle and Trend to help my husband and I rent a home. They have great listings and eager to show with flexibility. Every step of the process was hassle free and seamless. I never had to worry or wonder through the paperwork process. Even now while living on one of their properties there’s security in knowing if maintenance is needed, I will get a prompt response. The website makes it very easy to interact with the staff. This property management company is bare minimum. We recieved the house dirty, with mixed matched touch up paint, broken shower head, dirty oven, and the garage was dirty. With 2 years of living there, to get them to fix anything took days and had to email multiple times to get someone out. Spent 2 days cleaning and getting the house in mint condition to handle over and then they want to nit pick little things to deduct from your deposit. The house was so much more cleaned and the yard was even upgraded. Beware of this company and an owner named Jason Zimmerman. They will rip you off when it comes to them having to do anything, but won't hesitate to take your money! I'd give less than one star if I could! Smh!
