Slumlords and con artists. I leased a property on Brenda Lane in Euless last year and the company was a hassle. For a company that prides itself as a property management company, they did virtually no management of their property when it was not resided in. The lawns were dead, trees were not well pruned, and the irrigation system had to be fixed, which I had to do OUT OF MY OWN POCKET. The foundation was in bad shape which was noticeable with all the cracks in the brick and door corners. The fence was falling apart compared to the homes which other landlords there kept pristine. Additionally, if your home was a drug bust home, they will not tell you. We had to learn that from our neighbor which kept my sister and I on high alert with the property. And do you want to appeal fines given to you by HOA? Well, sadly…you won’t be able to. They will not give you the contacts to HOA, even if the fines given to predated your time at the home.They somehow get the information that we are fined from somewhere, but they are somehow still oblivious on how to contact them? Yea, right. These people are scam artists and if you are looking for a home, AVOID THEM AT ALL COST! And forget about emergency maintenance. For starters, their maintenance crew takes weeks to get to you. And second, they hide behind vague language ofwhat they deem as “emergency”. Like when the bathroom toilet egressed due to the waste water line being connected to the sinks and laundry room. A major Hepititis, e coli, and other disease spread waiting to happen and they said it wasn’t emergency enough and you needed to wait a week. But don’t you dare hire someone outside the company to help immediately clean up the LITERAL BIOHAZARD immediately like a sensible person in society, otherwise you are in “violation” of their nebulous contract

My husband and I recently rented a beautiful home in Keller through Trend and had an amazing experience. We worked directly with Michele who made each step of the process super easy, and the quick responses on everything helped ease our minds during the process! Getting the keys and moving in was such a seamless process, I would highly recommend this company if you're looking to rent. I have to also mention they do in-person house tours which I loved! It seems many places are doing virtual or self tours through sketchy apps, which I didn't like. If you're looking for a home definitely check this place out. -Misty J
